Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to meet and begin building our therapeutic relationship. It is a good opportunity to see whether we would work well together and that therapy is the way forward. The appointment is no obligation and we will talk about what brings you to therapy at this time. I will also explain to you about how I work and how I can help you.
I understand that it can be a nervous first appointment, however I will do my best to help you to feel comfortable and at ease. My aim is to create a safe space for you to be able to open up in.
